# Put these on your own site. One line, free, forever.

Every interactive tool on RapCanon is embeddable, at no cost, with no signup, no API key, no tracking script and no expiry. Paste one line of code. The tool loads inside your page, sizes itself to its own content, and reads your page's own background to decide whether to render light or dark.

The data underneath is open under CC-BY 4.0, so you can also just take the dataset and build your own thing with it. This page is the shortcut for people who would rather not.

## The Beat Licence Checker

72 tier-by-use cells read from the platforms' own licence templates, with the traps flagged where a term contradicts what buyers assume. Switch the preview below to see it the way it will look on a light page or a dark one.

 <script src="https://rapcanon.com/embed.js" data-tool="beat-license-checker"></script>

That is the whole integration. Add data-theme="dark" or data-theme="light" to pin the theme instead of matching, and data-height="520" to set the height before the first resize. Works in any CMS that allows a script tag; if yours does not, an <iframe> version is below.

No script tags allowed on your platform? Use an iframe instead

 <iframe src="https://rapcanon.com/embed/beat-license-checker/?theme=auto" width="100%" height="470" style="border:0;border-radius:12px" title="Beat Licence Checker by RapCanon" loading="lazy" scrolling="no"></iframe>
 Copy

The iframe version cannot resize itself to its own content, so set a height that suits your layout. The script version handles that for you, which is the only reason it exists.

## Two live, and the rest are chosen by whoever installs these

We are not going to list six tools that do not exist yet. Two are live. What gets built next is decided by which sites install this one and what they ask for, which is a better signal than our own guessing.

 ● Live
 Beat Licence Checker

72 cells. What a lease tier actually permits, and where the term contradicts the marketing.

 ● Live
 Publishing Split Checker

Buying a beat and owning the song are different things. Only one of five marketplaces publishes a composition convention at all.

 Candidate
 Royalty Coverage Matrix

16 organisations by 8 royalty streams. Which of your royalties a given distributor or PRO actually collects. ⚠️ Deprioritised 2026-08-15: this lands in a saturated space where a dozen sites already ship a calculator.

 Candidate
 Recoupment Calculator

What an advance actually costs, and how much revenue has to exist before an artist sees a first dollar.

 Something else

If you run a site where one of these would be useful and it is not built, say so. That is how the order gets decided.

## What you get and what we ask

Free, commercially, permanently. Use it on a commercial site, a client site, a site with ads on it. There is no tier, no limit on pageviews, and no version of this where it starts costing money later.

No tracking script enters your page. The tool runs inside its own frame. It does not read your page, set cookies on your domain, or follow your visitors anywhere. The only thing that travels to us is which site the tool loaded on, which is how we decide what to build next.

The attribution stays. A single line inside the tool naming RapCanon and linking back. It is inside the frame rather than in the snippet, which is the honest version of asking: we are not relying on you to leave a credit in, and you are not pretending you built it.

The data is yours anyway. Every dataset behind these tools publishes under CC-BY 4.0 with its method attached. If you would rather build your own interface, take the data and do that instead. We would genuinely rather that happened than not.

If a figure is wrong, tell us. The tool updates for every site running it the moment we fix it, which is the other reason to embed rather than copy.

## The five questions people actually ask

### Will it slow my page down?

The loader is under 2 KB and it is the only thing that runs on your page. The tool itself loads inside its own frame, lazily, so it never blocks your render and it never competes with your own scripts. There are no external requests at all: no fonts, no analytics, no CDN, nothing that can hang because a third party is down.

### Does it work on my platform?

Anywhere a script tag is allowed, which covers WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Squarespace business plans, Wix, Framer, Notion-backed sites and any static site. Where script tags are blocked, the iframe version above does the same job and the only thing you lose is the automatic resize. If it does not work somewhere, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

### Will it clash with my design?

It reads the background colour behind it and renders light or dark to match, so the default usually lands correctly with no configuration. If it guesses wrong, data-theme="light" or data-theme="dark" pins it. It inherits nothing else from your stylesheet and leaks nothing into it, because it is in a frame.

### Are you tracking my visitors?

No. No cookies are set on your domain, no identifier is assigned to anyone, and nothing follows a visitor off your page. One request tells us which domain the tool loaded on, so we know which sites are using it and what to build next. That is the whole of it, and it is a hostname rather than a person.

### What happens if RapCanon disappears?

The honest answer, since this site launched this month and that is a fair thing to worry about. If the script ever fails to load, it renders nothing and leaves no gap or error in your layout. And the data underneath is published CC-BY 4.0 with its method attached, so it is already downloadable and already yours to host. You are not depending on us staying alive to keep the thing you published, which is more than can be said for most embeds.
